When do I need to order by?+
Orders close every Thursday at 6:00 PM Arizona Time. Deliveries arrive Sunday between 6 AM and 6 PM.
How do I heat the meals?+
Every container is microwave-safe. Most meals are ready in 2–3 minutes. Heating instructions are printed on every label.
How long do the meals last?+
Meals stay fresh refrigerated for 5–7 days from delivery. Most meals also freeze well — reheat from frozen in 4–5 minutes.
Can I customize macros or ingredients?+
All meals come as listed for now. The menu rotates weekly, and custom macro builds are coming for Elite subscribers.
What if I'm not home for delivery?+
We leave orders at the door in heat-safe insulated packaging. Food stays safe for up to 4 hours, even in Arizona summers.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?+
Yes — cancel or pause anytime before Thursday's cutoff. No penalty. Going on vacation? Pause for a week and resume when you're back.
Do you have a gym partner program?+
Yes — free Sunday pickup at partner gyms plus an in-gym fridge program. Apply on the Gym Partners page.
