Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of arizonameals.com and the meal prep, delivery, gym pickup, and related services (the "Services") provided by ARIZONA MEALS LLC ("Arizona Meals", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Menus, pricing, and availability may change at any time.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Payments are processed by our third-party processor.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for orders, subscriptions, taxes, and fees.
  • Promotions and discounts may have additional terms and expiration dates.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically on the cadence shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel from your account at any time before the next billing date. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Delivery & Gym Pickup

  • Meals are prepared fresh and delivered or made available for pickup at partner gyms on the scheduled day (typically Saturday/Sunday).
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and a safe drop-off location.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or, for gym pickup, when meals are placed at the partner location.
  • Meals not picked up within the pickup window may be discarded for food-safety reasons and are non-refundable.

6. Food Safety & Allergens

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Consume by the use-by date and refrigerate promptly.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may modify or cancel an upcoming order before the weekly cutoff shown at checkout. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

8. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from ARIZONA MEALS LLC, including order updates, account notifications, and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle SMS data.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to interfere with their operation, access them without authorization, or use them for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, trademarks, and software, are owned by Arizona Meals or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not provide medical or nutritional advice; consult a qualified professional before changing your diet.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARIZONA MEALS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Meals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
